Once approved we will email you a rush fee invoice. Once paid, your prodution time will be excelerated to 7-9 business days from your ordered date. Rush fees on orders DO NOT expedite the shipping process, Only production time. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping. Rush fee guarantees that your item will ship out in 7-10 business days instead of 14-16 business days.
Do You Have A Warranty On Your Jewelry?
Yes, we have a three-year warranty against any manufacturing defects on all of our jewelry. Any damage sustained by misuse or alterations not done by Elinee Jewelry will void the warranty.
Is Personalized Jewelry Eligible For Returns?
Due to the unique and personal nature of these pieces, all engraved jewelry and birthstone jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
