Three-year Warranty

Elinee fully supports the products we sell. Therefore, all our products are covered by a three-year warranty from the date of receipt of the original order.

Warranty

1. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Elinee.

2. The customer should ensure that the item is securely packed before sending it back. Elineeis not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

3. When returning the item, the customer must use the shipping method with tracking function. Packages that are not tracked will not be processed.

4. Elineereserves the right to void the warranty on any item showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.

To send your item(s) back to us for three-year warranty, please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Please email at samiralavrentyev1020@gmail.com for return authorization and support. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

2. Package all your items securely so it is a one unified package ready for delivery.
